A compact identity and website redesign for a modern cycling brand
Overview

Velocity Bikes was evolving beyond local manufacturing and needed a digital presence that matched their growing ambition. The project focused on clarifying their brand story, refining visual consistency across touchpoints, and improving how riders explore bikes by style, terrain, and experience level.

We analyzed competitor patterns, restructured product categorization, and developed a scalable design system that communicates precision, durability, and the lifestyle behind the brand.

Results

The refreshed identity strengthened recognition across retail and digital channels, while the new website significantly improved engagement. Riders interacted with product pages for longer, explored more configurations, and navigated the catalog with fewer dead-ends.

Early launch analytics showed increased add-to-cart activity, stronger mobile performance, and clearer user paths for first-time buyers discovering the brand organically.
