Overview
Lunaria Beauty needed a digital presence that matched the purity and care behind their formulations. Their previous website showcased the products but lacked emotional storytelling, ingredient transparency, and clarity around product benefits—key factors for modern skincare shoppers.
We redefined the brand’s visual language to feel more natural, calming, and premium. The website structure was rebuilt to highlight ingredients, before/after results, usage tips, and skin-type recommendations. We introduced guided shopping flows, comparison modules, and educational sections that help users understand routines, product compatibility, and expected outcomes. A refreshed design system unified packaging presentation, campaign visuals, and product storytelling.
Results
The new digital experience improved both credibility and conversion. Users spent more time exploring product details, interacted more often with ingredient breakdowns, and used guided flows to build personalized routines. Mobile conversion increased significantly due to clearer hierarchy and simplified checkout steps. Post-launch data showed stronger repeat purchases, higher engagement with educational content, and improved trust signals across the brand.
