Cloud Sync
A clear, modern identity and product-first website for a growing SaaS platform
Overview
Cloud Sync was scaling quickly, but their brand and website struggled to communicate the value and maturity of the platform. New users found it difficult to understand features, compare plans, or grasp how the product fit into their workflow. The existing UI patterns also lacked consistency, leading to friction within dashboards and onboarding flows.
We redesigned the brand system to feel more focused, modular, and enterprise-ready. The website was restructured around buyer and user intent—highlighting use cases, integrations, key features, and ROI messaging. Inside the product, we refined navigation, improved feature discoverability, and introduced clearer state handling and empty states. A flexible design system ensured that both marketing and product experiences remained unified as the platform continued to grow.
Results
The updated identity and product UX gave CloudSync a more authoritative and scalable presence. Website engagement improved across solution pages, trial sign-ups increased, and prospects better understood the platform’s differentiators. Within the product, users completed onboarding faster, accessed features with greater clarity, and reported fewer support requests. Adoption of new modules increased as the refreshed interface made value easier to see and understand.
“The redesign completely transformed how customers experience CloudSync. We finally look and feel like the platform we’ve become.”
